When it comes to coffee, supporting farmers comes first. That’s why we partner with sustainable farms and co-ops, making sure their workers are supported. We’ve connected with Flor del Campo of Las Capucas Cooperative, an organization formed with the intention to create a space for women within the cooperative to develop income and make themselves known in the coffee world — currently made up of 23 women members. Flor Del Campo has also developed their facilities to roast, grind, and pack their own coffee to sell in their local markets — helping the women bring in extra income outside of growing coffee.
