We absolutely love Ethiopian coffees. The dependable, delicious flavors always keep us coming back for more. However, we discovered something pleasantly different with this Ethiopia from Kayon Mountain this year. If you were to close your eyes and taste it, you’d swear it had cream and sugar. The balance between creamy and sweet is perfect, yet it also displays classic floral and stone fruit notes as well just to remind you that you are indeed drinking an Ethiopian coffee.
